Solid Rock is the High School Youth Group of St. Stephen Lutheran Church in Longwood, FL. We are in our 12th year of celebrating Christ through Fellowship, Learning, Outreach, and Worship. We believe that through Grace we are saved and therefore we look out into our world to spread the joy and love of Jesus so that everyone can experience the unconditional love of God. We welcome all into our open arms the way Jesus taught us. Solid Rock meets weekly on sunday evenings from 6-8pm for fun and fellowship and Wednesday evenings for weekly bible studies called "Coffee Shop Talks". We provide Sunday morning Sunday School at 10am as well. Annual events include Disney's Night of Joy, Murder Mystery Dinner, Youth Weekend, Lock-ins, National Youth Gatherings, Retreats, and summer Mission Trips. For information on upcoming events please see the calendar section. Please feel free to enjoy the resources, bible studies, and writings provided on this website for your personal growth in faith!
About Solid Rock:
Mission Statement of Solid Rock (Adopted September 14, 1996)

Hey Solid Rock!
So it’s August which means summer is coming to an end and a new school year is starting up. I will tell you what though, we have certainly ended this summer on a high note! Our Flood of Love Tour to Alabama was week to remember. We saw God everyone and in everyone that we came in contact with. It was certainly one of the best week’s I have ever had and I am so proud of everyone who was a part of the trip. God was at working in our hearts and we most definitely flooded southern Alabama with love! I know that moving forward our hearts and minds are filled with the spirit and this energy will continue to flow into our daily lives and into everyone we know and affect our families, friends, congregation, and community. And if you weren’t able to be with us in Alabama, don’t you worry because you can still be a part of this amazing trip. This August is going to be filled with ways to be involved in the Flood of Love, with the Ice Cream Social on the 10th to the Youth Service Weekend on the 30th & 31st! We will be sharing this love with everyone and I hope that you all choose to be a part of this amazing journey!

Gawwwd Bless!
