Music Ministry
Vocal Ensembles

Celebrate God and all He has given us by becoming a part of our music ministry. There is room for people of all ages to participate in the St. Stephen Music Ministry. St. Stephen has several choirs and instrumental groups, each offering a different experience and way to worship God through music. The Music Ministry is led by Connie Touchton, the Director of Music and Organist at St. Stephen. Sanctuary Choir
The Sanctuary Choir sings on Sunday mornings and is open to anyone in high school and beyond. Each year they prepare and sing a variety of music. The choir sings weekly at the 11:00am service. Rehearsals are Wednesday evening at 7:30pm in the Sanctuary.

Spiritual Connection
Spiritual Connection is a women’s choir. The group prepares and sings anthems periodically throughout the year. Spiritual Connection rehearses at 7:00pm on Wednesdays in the Sanctuary.

Saturday Ensemble
The Saturday Ensemble is an adult choir that sings each week at the Saturday evening service. It is also open to all who would like singing in a choir. Rehearsals are held at 5:00pm on Saturdays, followed by singing at the Saturday evening service.

Kingdom Kids
Kingdom Kids is a children’s choir for children ages pre-school and above. The children sing periodically throughout the year at the 11:00am service. Kingdom Kids rehearse on Wednesday evenings at 5:45pm. All children are welcome.

Celebration Praise Team
The Celebration Praise Team is made up of instrumentalists and singers who lead the Contemporary Service on Sunday morning. Rehearsals are every Tuesday evening at 6:30pm.

Christmas & Easter Celebration Choirs
The Celebration Choirs are composed of all the adult vocal groups at St. Stephen, plus anyone else who would like to sing for one or both of these special celebrations. Celebration Choir rehearsal begins approximately five weeks before the special celebration; watch the bulletin or newsletter for the exact start date. Rehearsals are held Wednesday evening at 7:30pm in the Sanctuary.
